Update: As of 11:20AM EST issue is resolved. Problem was related to migration of cloud services IPTV (change of IP address) in the Azure cloud for U-Verse mid-region IPTV server. Old IP restored. Customers may need to reboot their STBs that are not working. If that doesn't work then soft recovery maybe needed.

Based on what we experienced in Dec 2022, it will be many, many days before service is restored. Not acceptable for a COMMUNICATIONS company.
