Using the app it will give you 2 sets of numbers to plug into the app and then ask you to tell it the first key generated. Try to login to your SWTOR account, but do not enter the security key. You will get a klickable link which says “ Lost your Security Key? ” – KLick it and follow the steps below. If it could be done via your user account or any other means it's likely that whoever would be stealing your account would be able to defeat the security key as easily as they would the normal login.
