Mastery of Nature no longer unlocks all tile blocker clearing technologies, but rather gives your planets access to an edict that can permanently increase their size by 1 to 3, depending on their size. In addition, effect on tile blocker clear cost reduces from 50% to 33%. One Vision now also increases unity output by 10%
