I have within the last month replaced the sensor with a new one and the connector for the sensor because the clip on the original one broke. I have checked me crimps for the new connector and made sure the new sensor is in correct.

It's right between the engine and transmission. it's inserted slightly towards the drivers side, it's best to lift the car unless your a contortinist and squeeze between the ground and the car.You need to take of the front passenger wheel to change it and maybe need a special joint on your socket. The replacement is a different part number, they supposedly fixed it. This is a known issue. These fail. Relax a little.
