e-sim issues after order. I ordered two sims from Mint, they came in and I assumed like other carriers I would just call support and get one of them switched to an e-sim. Apparently that isn't the case. So they offered to refund one of the sims and told me to just order the e-sim online. So I went online and ordered.

He called T-Mobile support and patched me into conference and the TM agent needed to set a temp PIN to allow the number transfer. The temp PIN was good for 7 days so we were able to use it again to transfer my wife's number as well.I have called the Mint customer service multiple times, but they've been unable to help.
