You can parry the piercing attack but not the jump/slam attack, dash slam or the waterfowl dance. However, a failed parry on the waterfoul dance appears to massively reduce damage taken.
Even this is immensely inconsistent. She has an invisible 'pillar' of some kind underneath her during waterfowl dance, and it can fuck up the running.
