I built the harvester first hoping I could shovel dirt directly into the harvester which didn't work. :( Thats how the floating dirt ended up there making the miner work. Thx with the tip about fps, I gonna pay attention about that one. Atm the systems stops working anyways pretty soon when either the miner, harvester or filter breaks.

Go in > buy the blueprint for the drill > place it on the base of the anvil > fill the cauldron with 300 iron > activate the anvil. Now you have two drills. You can repeat this as often as you like. with just one breakable item I suggest to just use a single filter - not for the machinery health but as shutdown before the machine breaks. Usually the filter breaks earlier and stops the waterflow. So you will see it before chunks of dirt are stacking above a dead harvester.
