Easiest way is using a basilo on passive, find an eel which must be alone, with no other eels around, and wait for it to attack you, dismount, chase it, feed it, and mount again and repeat. Well, yeah. 200 isn't that much in the grand scheme. If I was taming a theriz, a Giga, etc I would expect hundreds or even thousands of narcotics depending on level. For a snail I didn't expect the little guy to burn torpor so fast. Was more of an unexpected situation than a serious issue.
