GTA San Andreas was developed in 2 years by 100 people or so. Now R* has over 4000 employees and takes a decade to develop a new GTA. 2 years of development for a retro game with better tools and in a satellite studio, are peanuts to R* and they may realistically expect to sell > 5 million units with this project.
