Pretty much all of the servers on Primal are friendly and a good home to have. Large number of casual players, and ok number of RPers. Excal has a few maxed out FCs that are all RP-focused. But nowhere near Balmung levels. Excal also has a fairly decent player population out of all the Primal servers if that interests you.

Bad news: Ultros is a congested server, which means it is hard locked by SE and no new characters can be created there or transferred to it.
