These were personal patches that I made for one of my playthroughs. I am no longer upkeeping these patches and no longer use the mod CGO. At this time, I do not have the time verify the patches accuracy in patching the mods listed. These are four patches for Combat Gameplay Overhaul I have created for my new playthrough of Skyrim.

But things I really love are procedural leaning, run attacking and jump attacking and I'm looking for alternative mods for these functions. Also any other combat mod recommendation is welcome, like parrying and animations. I play on LE and not SE (too cheap to buy third copy of Skyrim and playing on laptop). Read the Nexus mod page for Combat Gameplay Overhaul. The author stated at the end that CGO is incompatible with FNIS and you should use Nemesis instead. Nemesis does the same job as FNIS and has more patches I think. So what i did is install fnis mods and run fnis. Then installed nemesis mods and ran nemesis runs smooth.
The game may still have leftover script in it. It’s why it’s recommended to not remove mods from a save you are actively using. Start a new game and see if the problem transfers.
