Worked great for 3 years now the cold water t-stat won't cycle the cooler and reservoir turns into a block of ice and water won't come out. The hot and room temperature work ok. I have to turn the cold water switch off and eventually the water comes out of the cold water dispenser again. I purchased this on December 6th 2020.
